Shipping Methods
Deliveries within Greece
Orders are delivered throughout Greece through a partner courier company.
The estimated delivery time is up to ten (10) business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and official public holidays.
Delays may occur in exceptional circumstances that affect transportation or delivery, such as severe weather conditions, strikes or other events outside our reasonable control. In such cases, we make every reasonable effort to inform the Customer promptly.
Saturday delivery may be available where the relevant service is offered by the courier company, subject to any applicable additional charge.
The shipping cost and any additional charge associated with the selected delivery method are displayed to the Customer before the order is completed.
Deliveries to Cyprus
Orders to Cyprus are delivered within approximately fifteen (15) business days.
The shipping cost is €20 per shipment.
For orders to Cyprus, the available payment methods are those displayed during checkout, excluding cash on delivery.
Deliveries to other countries
For deliveries to other countries, the shipping cost is €35 per shipment, regardless of the value of the order, provided that delivery to the selected country is supported by the online store.
The available delivery options and any applicable restrictions are communicated to the Customer before the order is completed.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or other charges may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Shipping with a carrier selected by the Customer
Following prior agreement, an order may be shipped through a transport or courier company selected by the Customer that is not one of Raymont®’s partner carriers.
In this case, the relevant transportation cost is borne by the Customer.
